The Nose Lesson Plan

Bringing in Technology

Throughout the study of "The Nose," students with disabilities should have the option of using dictation software for writing assignments, and text-to-speech software for reading assignments, or any other ADA-mandated technological accommodations.

The "Entry/Exit Cards" activity does not require any electronic technology. "Mikhail Bakhtin and Writing the Grotesque," "The Table of Ranks," "19th Century Russian Literature," and "Mind Map" each require a SmartBoard, projector, and/or access to a computer lab of some kind (for students to be able to conduct research).
