    Research

    Objective:

    Students will research and report on how alchemy has been portrayed in popular culture throughout history.

    Structure:

    The prospect of turning iron into gold has intrigued creatives for centuries, as demonstrated by the very play we're reading, along with numerous examples throughout the years. For this activity, students will research a specific work of popular culture and write a report on how alchemy is portrayed within the work, as well as compare it to how Jonson writes about alchemy.
