$y=0.5x-11.75$

$y=mx+b$ The slope is $\frac{1}{2}$, therefore the coefficient of $x$ will be $0.5$. ($m=0.5$) $(3.5,-10)$ is a point of the line (if $x=3.5$ then $y=-10$) $-10=3.5*0.5+b$ $-10=1.75+b$ Therefore $ b=-11.75$ So the equation is $y=0.5x-11.75$
