$y=10x-203.5$

$y=mx+b$ The slope is $10$, therefore the coefficient of $x$ will be $10$. ($m=10$) $(20,-3.5)$ is a point of the line (if $x=20$ then $y=-3.5$) $-3.5=10*20+b$ $-3.5=200+b$ Therefore $ b=-203.5$ So the equation is $y=10x-203.5$
