Kind of Activity:
Mixed Media
Objective:
Students will be able to find evidence of themes in the text, and they will be able to do basic online research using key word searches.
Common Core Standards:
CCSS.ELA-Literacy.W.11-12.3.d
Structure:
Give students a summary of the activity. They will create a storyboard for this section of the text using the following parts.
Images: Found image from online.
Narration: Passage from the narration of the text to go with the images.
Dialogue/Monologue: Thought bubbles or speech that may compliment the above.
