Bringing in Technology

Students can use technology to research the many historical and cultural references in Black Boy. Technology can also be used as a medium for student responses and journal entries in the form of blog posts or discussion boards. Throughout the study of the novel, students with disabilities should have the option of using dictation software for writing assignments, and text-to-speech software for reading assignments.
