Bringing in Technology

Throughout the study of The Westing Game, students with particular learning disabilities should have the option of using dictation software for writing assignments, and text-to-speech software for reading assignments.

On Day 1, the teacher will need internet access and a SmartBoard or projector to play an optional video in the Narrative Point of View activity. Also students will need internet access for the Setting Activity to access online software programs.

On Day 2, the teacher will need internet access and a SmartBoard or projector to show examples of mind maps. Students will need internet access as well to access online software programs.
