mercurial

Describing a sense of unpredictability which is given to very sudden and often extreme changes in mood or sensibility

volition

Making one's own choice in the matter

diaphanous

Possessing the quality of gossamer; something so thin that it can be easily seen right through, yet not conveying utter invisibility

auspicious

Signaling uncommonly good fortunate and the potential for success to come.

presumptuous

Excessively overfamiliar and inappropriately overconfident in dealing with another person or persons.

deviation

To stray from the established custom or tradition of a way of doing something.

wont

Not to be confused with won't which is a contraction for will not. Wont--without the apostrophe--is a word associated with an established custom, tradition or ritual that a person is used to doing.

primordial

Prehistoric; a reference to something being formed or stemming from an age before time and civilization began.

penultimate

Not the very last thing, but the very next to last thing.

resplendent

Something or someone absolutely dazzling in its brilliance.

ostensible

Something that seems to be apparent, but is not necessarily what it is perceived to be.

imposition

Making a presumptuous and burdensome intrusion on somebody.

mundane

Something so commonplace as to be downright boring.

telekinesis

The alleged ability to move objects simply by training the mind to concentrate on making that movement happen.

coalescence

A blending or melding together of several separate and unconnected elements; an amalgamation of items.

exsanguine

Bloodless or appearing to be so; anemic.

surreptitious

Something done in the shadows as a furtive act or secret undertaking.
