Marissa

Before Marissa died, she was one of London's most famous female physic investigators. Marissa was among the first physic investigators commissioned by the London authorities to deal with the ghost menace that threatened the lives of the city residents. When she died, she was buried inside the Fittes Mausoleum.

The current young physic investigators are interested in the history of Marissa. Therefore, it is not surprising to find these young investigators sneaking into the Fittes Mausoleum to see the body of Merissa and learn more about her history.

George

George is an intelligent and experienced investigator who also is the assistant manager of Lockwood and Co. George's role is to research the ghost cases brought to the company by the various clients. Whenever a case is presented in the company, George starts the investigation and compiles evidence and any other needed information before the team begins to work on the case. In addition, George also conducts experiments on the whispering skull to ensure it gives correct directions whenever it is consulted.

Lucy

Lucy is the youngest investigator in Lockwood and Co. Despite being the youngest on the team, Lucy is the most ingenious. Lucy has a talent for hearing the conversations of ghosts and interpreting what they say. Therefore, whenever Lockwood and Co. investigate ghosts, Lucy is critical in successfully executing the case. In addition, Lucy can communicate with the whispering skull and ask for directions in the most difficult situations.

Lockwood

Lockwood is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Lockwood and Co. The task of Lockwood is to look for clients who want assistance in eliminating ghosts from their homes. Lockwood is good at negotiating the amount of money the company needs before any case is taken up for investigation. Similarly, Lockwood is friendly and coordinates well with the rest of the team despite having a powerful position in the company.
