The stereochemistry for the first one is R,S and for the second one is S,R. Moreover, the relationship between both of them is that they are enantiomers. Hydroboration-oxidation is steriospecific. The enantiomers formed from (Z) and the enantiomers formed from (S) are diastereomers of each other.
