a) The elements calcium (Ca), barium (Ba) and radium (Ra) are not in the same period in the periodic table. But these elements belong to the same group. Calcium, barium and radium are in the group 2A (or 2). b) The elements rhodium (Rh), cadmium (Cd) and tin (Sn) are not in the same group in the periodic table. But these elements belong to the same period. Rhodium, cadmium and tin are in period 5 of the periodic table.
