Students will use technology throughout this unit for research purposes.
Day 1: Students can use presentation technology to aid in presenting their character portraits to the class.
Day 2: Students will use the internet to research Mariama Bâ's life, and they may use graphics software to create timelines.
Day 3: Students will view a classic Senegalese film.
Day 4: Students will use the internet to research the lives of women in Senegal today, and will use databases to search for primary sources on the topic.
