Barry Egan
Barry is the protagonist of Punch-Drunk Love, a man who owns a marketing company and is constantly teased by his seven sisters. He, out of loneliness, calls a telephone sex company and invites more trouble in his life.
Lena
Lena is the love interest of Barry and co-worker of one of his sisters. Her love becomes the reason Barry changes for good into a strong person by the end of the movie.
Dean
Dean is the supervisor who attended Barry's call at the telephone-sex agency and called him a weak person but rich. She sent four of her men to beat and extort money from Barry.
