    Book Four begins with Paul once again describing Georgia Pines, this time emphasizing the comparisons between Dolan and Percy. Do you agree with this comparison? What similarities do you see?     Both Dolan and Percy are cruel men who use rules and regulations to bully people who have less power than them.
