One can die nobly by "dying but fighting back." The author is trying to convince the reader to keep fighting for whatever it is you want.

One dying nobly in the poem, applys to one dying bravely not like a coward. The persona's words are pursuative, he wants his kismen to fight back not to waste their precious blood in vain so that even when those monsters: the oppressors succeeded in given them a thousand blow, they can stand back with a one killing blow, so that after they die, even their oppressors would remember their heroic death. So to die nobly means to die defending your right: a brave and a courageous death.
