Biography of Brad Peyton

Brad Peyton is a Canadian film and television director, producer, and writer.

Born in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, Peyton studied filmmaking at the Canadian Film Centre. In 2006, he created a claymation series for the CBC. His feature-length directorial debut was 2010's Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore. Between 2012 and 2018, he directed three features starring Dwayne Johnson: Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, San Andreas, and Rampage.
