What are the personalities of the Pritchard brothers?

Rubin is two years older than Billy. He is "big and husky for his age”. He didn't say much and had "mean looking eyes". Rainie is not as large as his brother. He has a "mean disposition" and darting eyes. Both brothers are your typical boy antagonists. They are bullies and have few redeeming qualities. They, of course, bully Billy into a bet that you know is going to end up bad.
