Who is the person Feste mentions will be Olivia's fool? Do you agree with this? (act 3 scene 1)

Feste mentions that Olivia's fool will be her husband because fools and husbands go hand in hand as, "pilchards are to herrings."I suppose if the idea that every husband somehow looses his independence/masculinity to his wife, this might be true. Feste is a master of making jokes with some truth to them.
