Orsino seems to believe men are more faithfull in love than woman. Viola believes that woman are at least as faithfull. Which is true? Please give evidence for the answer (act 1-2 specificaly)

This seems more like an opinion point rather than a streight answer. Still Orsinio is pretty self-absorbed. He feels no woman could ever have the passion that he has for Olivia. I imagine women can be passionate too if they meet the right person.
