Who do you think was laughing in the house during the tire incident? Why do you think scout keeps that information to herself?

Scout likely heard Boo laughing in the house. The tire, with Scout in it, hits the house. Boo finds this childish game funny. Scout wasn't sure who was laughing at the time. She probably was afraid to speculate who it was, they were already terrified of that house.
