This quote refers to those people who are so busy judging the lives of others that they forget to live their own.

This quote is talking about how people think about other people's lives aswell as the future so much that they take their own lives and the present for granted, never stopping to appreciate what they themselves have or ever thinking about what they say. people will say things about one persons life but then never take their own words and apply to what they said.
