J was in the lobby of the haymaker stores where a number of dogs had been left to wait for their owners. There were many dogs, of all sizes and shapes, each sitting patiently. Then, a woman came in with her fox terrier, which she proceeded to chain between a poodle and a bulldog. Next thing you know, the terrier bites the poodle, attacks a collie, grabs the bulldog's ear, and sets all the dogs to fighting. A crowd gathers to watch, policemen step in, and finally the woman comes back, swoops up the terrier, and croons about the big, bad, dogs who might have hurt him.
