why do you think that Mary trusts Dickon from the very beginning, enough to bring him into the garden?

Dickon just exudes kindness and has an organic quality about him that even Mary, a rather spoiled brat, notices. He translates what the robin is chirping which delights Mary. He also says that he will help her with the secret garden. Mary calls Dickon “wonderful”.
