given the evidence from the story do you believe rainsford should be charged with murder? defend your answer

i dont think he should be charged with murder , only because i saw it was out of self defence .. i just dont know how to say it word it.

Actually, Rainsford was not in immediate danger of being killed when he ended Zaroff's life, but I agree that he should not be charged with murder. One of the men, Zaroff or Rainsford, was not destined to leave the island..... Rainsford did what he had to do in order to survive.
