What is the 1947 Nuremberg Code ? Do you think the United States was following this code in the 1950”s ?

The Nuremburg Code requires that no human experimentation could be done without consent. Henrietta, of course, couldn't consent.... she'd been dead a long time. But I'd have to equate this with organ donation, which also takes place after death. People cannot harvest our organs without a written designation (or a sticker on our licenses). Thus, I guess they were in violation.
