Because Katniss destroyed the arena. So she shot an arrow at the dome and it split open revealing real sunlight. Then President Snow took the remaining tributes from District 2, 7, and 12. Those tributes were Enobaria (District 2), Johanna Mason (District 7) and Peeta Mellark (District 12). Katniss has become what Plutarch says her to be "the Mockingjay". It's her mission to kill the president to stop future loss of deaths in the Hunger Games. By the end, almost all of Katniss' team has died. Boggs, Leeg 2, Messalla, Castor, Finnick, Jackson, and Mitchell are the ones who have died.
