Why does Cato's phonies call Peeta and Katniss "star crossed lovers?" What does that think to Katniss? How does she feel about being called star crossed lovers?

The idea comes from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Katniss does not like the designation; it seems to her that the people who are orchestrating the games are just making up one more story to make their conflict more "interesting."

And Cato's just humiliating Katniss and Peeta. I'd kill him if he ever said "Star Crossed Lovers" in my face.
