What motive drives most of Katniss's actions in the arena and how is that a revolt against what the games represent

Katniss wants to spite President Snow and the Capitol. She rebells against the dystopian government and wants to show the public that freedom is a right for all. I think Katniss especially wants rebel after Rue's death.
