what are the terms of bilbos contract? Do you think they are fair terms?

Bilbo is to receive 1/14th of the treasure, all of his travel expenses are paid, and all funeral expenses to be paid if need be.

I suppose that's pretty fair, they need a good thief who can fit into small places.
