What is your initial impression of Mr Frank?

My initial impression of Mr. Frank is that of a broken man. He is soft spoken, kind, well-mannered..... and very sad. It is also quite obvious that his former employee cares about him deeply..... that his employees loved him. They risked their own lives for the Franks and risked them happily..... without reservation.
