The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank

In addition to Mr. Dussel, which other set of characters could most be described as flat?

This question is in my module and I want to know who the other flat characters are, there is no scene nor act for this question. I asked this question a few minutes ago and I'm not looking for a definition to the word "flat", I'm looking for who the other flat characters are in The Diary Of Anne Frank.

As I mentioned before, the major characters can be interpreted. Minor characters can be more often flat. You might consider Mr. Koophius. He is the Dutch associate of Mr. Frank's who arranges for them to live in the annex. He provides them with food and, through enormous effort, keeps their secret for two years. He is captured with the Franks and the Van Daans but released for medical care due to his health problems. We are not given a lot of background to his life and personality.
