The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time

Mr. Shears asks Christopher, ‘Don’t you ever, ever think about other people for one second, eh?’ Does Christopher ever think of other people? What evidence is there for this?

Give examples of why Christopher does or doesn't think about other people?

Chris does think of other people but it is in a different context than most people. Chris has Aspergers which makes "normal" empathy very difficult for him. Chris is not oblivious to the fact that he is different. In that sense he understands people get frustrated with him but just not the context of why in a given situation.
