What are three pieces of advice that Spencer gave to Holden?

Mr. Spencer delivers his pep talk to Holden. He uses tired old quips like, "Life is a game, boy. Life is a game that one plays according to the rules." He also adds that Holden will care about his future one day, "You will, boy. You will when it's too late." THe rest of his talk has to do with the advantages of conformity in a world that despises outsiders. This advice only makes Holden more depressed and angry than he already was.
