I'm sorry, this question calls for your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. In my opinion, Holden makes a better misfit than a rebel. He has few endearing qualities, and no lack of opportunities. Holden chooses to be judgemental, to waste the valuable oportunities he is afforded, and to act rebelliously. I see Holden as a rebel without a cause.
