The Adventures of Tom Sawyer

I need a little help I'm stuck on this question and need it answered to save my grades by wednessday

Both Tom and Huck  have vivid imaginations and, because of this, live in their own world of adventure and superstitions. Why might the boys be attracted to dark nights, graveyards , secret contracts, and eerie superstitions?

One of the things that characterizes vivid imaginations is the idea that there is something hidden around every corner, something new and unexpected.  You might focus on how the dark hides "things," and you might think about how a graveyard, secret contracts, and eerie superstitiions require imagination to see what will happen next.  And, what can happen in any of these places/ideas are completely open to the person imagining them.
