What does Mr.P mean when he says, “All the Indians should get smashed in the face, too”.

Mr. P. believes that many of students (and others) on the reservation have and are giving up..... that they're wasting their talents by staying on the reservation and never looking for more. He believes they've all lost hope, and he doesn't want Junior to stay and end up the same way.
