All molecules have dispersion forces in them. Apart from it if the molecule is polar then it contains dipole-dipole forces. And hydrogen bonds exist if the molecule contains hydrogen and if that hydrogen atom is directly bonded to a very electronegative atom. KCl is an ionic compound which contains K+ and Cl- ions, while water is polar. Hence in a mixture of KCl and water, ion-dipole forces and hydrogen bonds exist.
