We know that the vapor pressure of the solvent of the dilute solution is larger as compared to the vapor pressure of the solvent of the more concentrated solution. Hence, the more dilute solution losses solvent and becomes more concentrated while the solvent molecules in the vapor state condense into the concentrated solution making it more dilute.
