Answer

B

Work Step by Step

Glaucoma is raised intraocular pressure which is sufficient to produce optic disc changes and visual field defects. For glaucoma to occur, aqueous humor drainage has to be blocked. Pathway for drainage of aqueous humor is from posterior chamber via the pupil to anterior chamber and then to trabecular meshwork. From trabecular meshwork, it drains to schlemm's canal( scleral venous sinus) and then into venous blood.
