What words and phrasees does friar use to describe the scene? What literary device is being used?

Romeo! O, pale!—Who else? What, Paris too? And steeped in blood?—Ah, what an unkind hour Is guilty of this lamentable chance! The lady stirs.

JULIET O comfortable Friar! Where is my lord? I do remember well where I should be, And there I am. Where is my Romeo?

He notes the dead bodies of both Romeo and Paris. They both display the pale hue of death. He uses blood imagery to illustrate the shameful violent scene. Friar uses personification to describe the hour, Ah, what an unkind hour.
