What is the meaning of this Shakespeare quote: "See how she leans her cheek upon her hand! O that I were a glove upon that hand, That I might touch that cheek!"?

This is when Romeo is under Juliet’s balcony in the Capulet orchard. Romeo remains hidden and comments on Juliet's beauty. He comments on how he could be her glove that gets to touch her cheek.
