How does Romeo compare himself and Friar in lines 68-74? Of what is Romeo trying to convince the Friar through his comparison?

Romeo attempts to compare their situations and make the Friar understand that he doesn't understand his situation. He tries to make the Friar see that if he would only switch places with him..... try to see himself in Romeo's position, he would act the same way.
