describe the controversy over the windmill why would the animals be in favor of it who was against it and why who didnt take a side on it

THe windmill was meant to cut the work in half. THe problem was that Snowball promoted it. Although Napoleon knew it was a good idea, he opposed it because Snowball was the brains behind it. Napoleon was able to canvass and intimidate other animals into siding with him. Some supported Snowball until he was chased away.
