Beatrice turns what the messenger says about Benedick (“stuffed with all honorable virtues”) into another sarcastic remark. What is it, and what does she mean?

Basically she says that Benedict is stuffed.... "like a dummy".  She says that what he is stuffed with is certainly not desirable.
