What are the important lines in the play that the characters said something about helena that is true or not?

I need specify important lines that Helana said about her or thr characters said, and explain if its true or not and why, if anyone can give me important lines of the whole play to show, thank you

"Demetrius, I'll avouch it to his head,

Made love to Nedar's daughter, Helena,

And won her soul; and she, sweet lady, dotes,

Devoutly dotes, dotes in idolatry,

Upon this spotted and inconstant man."

Here we see that Demetrius once had "relations" with Helena but dumped her for Hermia. Helena constantly complains about being out of love. Could this be a reason?
