What is the meaning of the line 'my gentle vessel's side' and 'enrobe the roaring water' ?

In context, Anthony is referring to his ships, and what would happen if his ships brushed against the rocks. "Enrobe the roaring water" alludes to his cargo floating amidst the roaring water.
