lady macbeth clamis that "A water clears use from the deed." do you think that she and her husband will be able to wash away all their guilt and regret or will that guilt manifest in nightmares?

Although Lady Macbeth says that a little water will solve their guilt problem, the play later on shows us that they will never feel completely free of the blood on their hands.  In Act V Sc I we see that Lady Macbeth is consumed by the guilt and that she will never be free until her death.
