Explain the significance of the chapter's title "Fire on the Mountain" ? How do the boys start the fire?

At the mention of a signal fire, the boys run up to the top of the mountain. They find they have no matches so they forcibly take Piggy's glasses and start the fire. The boys unleash an inferno which they can't control. They burn the top of the island. THis shows the boys have no idea how to handle the awesome force that a fire can bring. They are chaotic and impulsive.
