"Who hath not seen thee oft amid thy store?"

This line is a personification of Spring.

"Sometimes whoever seeks abroad may find Thee sitting careless on a granary floor."

Those searching for Auntumn can find it on the granary floor. It can be seen in the grain which covers the floor, marking the end of the harvest. "Careless" refers to the fact that the work is done and life is once again carefree.
