Patronus symbolize hope because their presence overcomes despair. These guardians not only protect, they neutralize the emotions brought on by dementors.

Patronus is a charm that conjures a guardian, generally an animal that projects nothing but positive feelings. I will need to look further for examples.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Arthur uses patronus to warn Harry of his arrival.

Harry's patronus protects him from the Dementors when he returns to Hogsmeade. This also allow the Death Eaters to identitfy him.

Expecto Patronum, or the Patronus Charm, will cast a Patronus, which can appear as simply white vapour, or in more advanced casters, as a silvery-white animal shape. If it takes the shape of an animal, it is called a corporeal Patronus. This spell is used to ward off the Dementors, which are the guardians of Azkaban.in the book the patronus yeilds many positive results.first of all kingselys patronus , a lynx warned the guests at the wedding ,the patronus cast by snape helped harry and his friends find the sword of gryffindor.also,mr weaslys patronus a weasel ensured ron and his friends that his family and the order members are safe.during the battle of hogwarts ,when harry and his friends were unable to produce one, their friends helped them ward off the dementors.in the ministry harrys patnronus helped all the muggle borns escape both the ministry and the dementors.haniya khud bhi parh liya karo

a patronus symbolizes hope as it it can only be produced if one thinks of a happy memory which therefore overcomes the sadness and despair caused by the presence of the demonters protecting the caster from every sort of harm
